Hadith 30142
٣٠١٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء سئل: أيقطع السارق أكثر من يده ورجله؟ قال: لا، ولكنه يحبس.
Hazrat Abdul Malik states that Hazrat Ata was asked whether more than one hand and one foot of a thief would be cut off. He replied: No, but he will be imprisoned.
