Hadith 30133
٣٠١٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن هشام عن قتادة عن الحسن في امرأة ملكت مرة ثم قذفت، قال: لا يجلد قاذفها.
Hazrat Qatadah narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding a woman who once became a slave and then was accused (of adultery). He said: The one who accuses her will not be flogged.
