Hadith 30124
٣٠١٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد عن أشعث عن الحسن ومحمد قالا: ليس على قاذف أم الولد (حد) (١).
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri and Muhammad said: There will be no hadd (prescribed punishment) upon the one who accuses an umm walad.
