Hadith 30117
٣٠١١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن شيخ من الأزد أن (ابن) (١) هبيرة سأل عنه الحسن والشعبي (فقالا) (٢): يضرب الحد -يقول في الرجل ينفي الرجل (من) (٣) أبيه، وأمُّه أمة.
Hazrat Sufyan narrates from a certain Sheikh of the tribe of Azd that Hasan Basri and Hazrat Sha’bi were asked about this matter by Ibn Hubayrah. Both of them replied: The prescribed punishment of lashes will be carried out on him. This was said regarding the person who denied a man’s lineage from his father, while his mother was a slave woman.
