Hadith 30115
٣٠١١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: إذا نفى (الرجل) (١) الرجل (من) (٢) أبيه فإن عليه الحد وإن كانت (أمة) (٣) مملوكة.
Hazrat Muammar states that Hazrat Zuhri said: When a man denies another man’s relationship to his father, then certainly the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out upon him, even if his mother is a slave woman.
