Hadith 30114
٣٠١١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن القاسم عن أبيه قال: قال عبد اللَّه: لا حد إلا على رجلين: رجل قذف محصنة، أو نفى رجلًا من أبيه وإن كانت أمه أمة (١).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out except on two persons: one is the person who slanders a chaste woman, and the other is the person who denies a man’s lineage from his father, even if his mother is a slave woman.
