Hadith 30085
٣٠٠٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن سعيد عن أبي (معشر) (١) عن إبراهيم قال: إذا كانت اليهودية والنصرانية تحت رجل مسلم فقذفها رجل فلا حد عليه.
Hazrat Abu Ma'shar states that Ibrahim said: When a Jewish or Christian woman is under a Muslim man, and then someone accuses her (of adultery), there will be no prescribed punishment (hadd) for that person.
