Hadith 30080
٣٠٠٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن عبد الملك بن أبي (غنية) (١) عن أبيه عن الحكم قال: إذا قذف الرجلُ الرجلَ -وله أم يهودية أو نصرانية- فلا حد عليه.
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Abu Ghaniyyah narrates that Hazrat Hakam said: When a man accuses another man while his (the accused's) mother is a Jew or a Christian, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be applied to him.
