Hadith 30077
٣٠٠٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية وابن نمير عن هشام عن أبيه قال: ليس على قاذف أهل الذمة حد.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hazrat Urwah said: There will be no hadd (prescribed punishment) for one who accuses a dhimmi (non-Muslim under Muslim protection) of slander.
