Hadith 30058
٣٠٠٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد اللَّه الأنصاري عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: إذا (شهدوا) (١) أربعةٌ بالزنا على رجل فلم يعدلوا: درئ (عنهم) (٢) الحد، ولم يُجلد (منهم أحد) (٣).
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said: When four men testify against a person for adultery and these four are not declared just (‘adil), then the punishment (hadd) will be dropped from that person and none of these four will be flogged.
