Hadith 30042
٣٠٠٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عمر عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: إذا سرق ثم سرق ثم أتي به (فحدٌ) (١) واحد، وكذلك في الزنا.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ata said: When a person commits theft and then commits theft again, and then he is caught and brought (to the authorities), only one punishment (hadd) will be applied, and the same will be the case with adultery.
