Hadith 30038
٣٠٠٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن في الرجل يؤخذ وقد (زنى غير) (١) مرة بامرأة واحدة (أو أكثر) (٢) من ذلك من النساء، قال: (٣) حد واحد، (والسارق) (٤) يؤخذ وقد سرق مرارًا (مثل ذلك) (٥).
Hazrat Amr narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding a man who was caught in the state that he had committed adultery with a woman several times or had committed adultery with several women several times. He said: There will be one punishment. And regarding a thief who was caught after having stolen several times, he gave the same ruling.
