٣٠٠٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم قال: ليس على الجارية حد حتى تحيض.
Hazrat Shu’bah narrates that Hazrat Hakam said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will not be carried out on a girl until she begins to menstruate.
