Hadith 30016
٣٠٠١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن عبيد اللَّه ويحيى عن نافع قال: سرق عبد لابن عمر فبعث به إلى سعيد بن العاص فقال: إن هذا سرق (١) فاقطعه؟ قال: لا يقطع العبد الآبق (٢).
Hazrat Nafi' narrates that when a slave of Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) committed theft, he sent him to Hazrat Sa'id bin 'As and said: Indeed, he has committed theft, so cut off his hand. He (Sa'id bin 'As) said: The hand of a runaway slave will not be cut off.
