Hadith 30015
٣٠٠١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري أن عثمان وعمر بن عبد العزيز ومروان كانوا لا (يقطعون) (١) العبد الآبق إذا سرق (٢).
Hazrat Zuhri states that Hazrat Uthman, Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz, and Hazrat Marwan—all these personalities did not cut off the hand of a runaway slave when he committed theft.
