Hadith 30013
٣٠٠١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن (سعيد) (١) عن سفيان عن عمرو عن مجاهد عن ابن عباس قال: لا يقطع العبد الآبق إذا سرق في إباقه (٢).
Hazrat Mujahid states that Hazrat Abbas said: The hand of a runaway slave is not to be cut off if he commits theft during the period of his escape.
