Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Zuhri says that I went to Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz, and he asked me about a runaway slave who is a thief: should his hand be cut off? I replied, I have not received any narration regarding this. Then when I came to Madinah Munawwarah, I met Hazrat Salim bin Abdullah, and he informed me that Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar had cut off the hand of his slave who was a thief and a runaway.
