٢٩٩٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: كان عطاء يقول: إن سرق وشرب الخمر ثم قتل فهو القتل، لا يقطع ولا يحد.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that Hazrat Ata used to say: If he commits theft and drinks alcohol, then even if he commits murder, his punishment will be death; neither will his hand be cut off nor will the prescribed punishment (hadd) be carried out.
