Hadith 29986
٢٩٩٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن يحيى بن سعيد عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم قال: بلغ عائشة أنهم يقولون: إذا لم يخرج بالمتاع لم يقطع، فقالت: لو لم أجد إلا سكينًا لقطعته (١).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Qasim narrates that Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) received the news that some people say: "If the thief has not taken the goods out, his hand should not be cut off." Upon this, she said: "Even if I find nothing but a knife, I will surely cut off his hand."
