Hadith 29980
٢٩٩٨٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن (عاصم) (١) عن الشعبي أنه سئل عن رجل سرق سرقة ثم كورها، فأدرك قبل أن يخرج من البيت، قال: ليس (عليه) (٢) قطع.
Hazrat Asim narrates that Imam Shabi was asked about a person who committed theft and then wrapped the stolen goods in a bundle, but was caught before leaving the house. He replied: His hand will not be cut off.
