Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Sha’bah states that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about the one who rents out a horse or mule which a woman uses for travel. To the best of my knowledge, both of them said: There will be no liability upon him.
