٢٩٩١٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة في المرأة تقتل وهي حامل: في جنينها شيء؟ قال: كان يقول ليس (فيه) (١) شيء حتى تقذفه.
Hazrat Saeed narrates that Hazrat Qatadah was asked about a woman who was killed while she was pregnant—would anything be obligatory regarding her child? The narrator said: He used to say that nothing would be obligatory in this case until she gives birth to the child.
