Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Hammad states that it is narrated from Ibrahim regarding a pot that was placed on a wall and fell upon a person: He said, if the foundation of the wall belonged to the owner of the pot, then he will not be liable for the damage caused, because in this case, the thing upon which it was placed was also his own property.
