Hadith 29882
٢٩٨٨٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو داود عن أبي حرة عن الحسن في قوم ⦗٣١٥⦘ لقوا (العدو) (١) فاستأجلوهم خمسة أيام فقتل بينهم قتيل، قال: على المسلمين (ديته) (٢).
Hazrat Abu Hurrah narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding those individuals who met with the enemies and requested a five-day respite from them, but during that period, one person was killed among them. He said: The blood money (diyat) for him will be obligatory upon the Muslims.
