Hadith 29881
٢٩٨٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الثقفي عن حبيب المعلم عن الحسن أن رجلًا من المشركين حج، فلما رجع صادرًا لقيه رجل من المسلمين فقتله، (فأمره) (١) النبي ﷺ أن تؤدى ديته إلى أهله (٢).
Hasan Basri narrates that a polytheist man performed Hajj. When he returned after performing Hajj, he met a Muslim man who killed him. So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that person to pay blood money to his heirs.
