Hadith 29840
٢٩٨٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الفضل بن دكين ويحيى بن آدم عن سفيان عن عطاء بن السائب عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس ﴿فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَهُ﴾ قال: للجارح (وأجر المتصدق على اللَّه) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair narrates that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) explained the verse { فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِہِ فَہُوَ کَفَّارَۃٌ لَہُ } as follows: This command is for the one who inflicts injury, and the reward of the one who forgives is with Allah.
