٢٩٨٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا عن غنم سقطت في زرع قوم (١) قال حماد: لا يضمن.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about such goats and sheep that destroy the crops of a people. Hazrat Hammad said: Their owner will not be held liable, and Hazrat Hakam said: He will be held liable.
