٢٩٧٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني عن الشعبي قال: إذا أصيب الرجل بجراحة فاقتص من صاحبه، وكانت دية المقتص منه على عاقلة القاص.
Hazrat Shaibani states that Imam Shabi said: When a person is wounded and he takes retribution from his enemy, then the blood money (diyat) of the one from whom retribution is taken will be obligatory upon the family of the one taking retribution.
