Hadith 29779
٢٩٧٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (١) أبو الأحوص عن منصور عن طلق بن حبيب في قوله: ﴿فَلَا يُسْرِفْ فِي الْقَتْلِ﴾ [الإسراء: ٣٣]، قال: أن (تقتل) (٢) غير قاتلك، أو تمثل بقاتلك.
Hazrat Mansur states that Hazrat Talq bin Habib explained the saying of Allah, the Lord of Majesty, { فَلاَ یُسْرِفْ فِی الْقَتْلِ } as follows: that you kill someone other than the murderer, or you mutilate your own murderer.
