الرجل يقطع يد السارقRegarding the Man Who Cuts Off a Thief's Hand

٢٩٧٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة عن سعيد عن قتادة عن جابر بن زيد في رجل (قطعت) (١) يده في السرقة، ثم قطع رجل يده الأخرى بعد، قال: فيها نصف الدية.
Hazrat Qatadah says that a man's hand was cut off as punishment for theft, then after that another man cut off his other hand. Regarding this, Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid said that in this case half of the blood money will be obligatory.
