Hadith 29737
٢٩٧٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن أن رجلًا استسقى على باب قوم فأبوا أن يسقوه، فأدركه العطش فمات فضمنهم عمر (الدية) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said: A man asked for water at the door of a certain people, but they refused to give him water. He became extremely thirsty until he died. So Hazrat Umar held them responsible for paying his blood money.
