Hadith 29736
٢٩٧٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شيخ عن قتادة عن زيد بن ثابت في الرجل يعقر (١) المرأة قال: إذا أمسك (أحدهما عن الآخر) (٢) فالثلث، وإن لم يمسك فالدية (٣).
Hazrat Qatadah states that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit, regarding a person who made both passages of a woman into one, said: If one of these two passages is closed off by the other, then one-third of the blood money (diyah) will be obligatory, and if it is not closed, then the full blood money will be obligatory.
