Hadith 29735
٢٩٧٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن خالد بن عبد اللَّه عن خالد الحذاء عن أبان بن عثمان أنه رفع إليه رجل تزوج جارية فأفضاها، فقال فيها ⦗٢٧٧⦘ هو وعمر بن عبد العزيز: إن كانت ممن يجامع مثلها فلا شيء عليه، وإن كانت ممن لا يجامع مثلها فعليه ثلث الدية.
Hazrat Khalid Hadhdha reports that a man was brought before Hazrat Aban bin Uthman who had married a girl and had made both her passages one. Regarding this, he and Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said: If the girl was of those whose likes are normally consummated with, then nothing will be obligatory upon that man; but if the girl was of those whose likes are not normally consummated with, then one-third of the blood money will be obligatory upon that man.
