٢٩٦٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد ابن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن في قوم تناضلوا فأصابوا إنسانًا، لا يدرى أيهم أصابه قال: الدية عليهم كلهم.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that some people were competing in archery when they shot an arrow at a person. It was not known which of them had shot him. Hasan Basri said: His blood money will be obligatory upon all of them.
