Hadith 29684
٢٩٦٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا شعبة عن الحكم عن إبراهيم أن رجلًا قُتل في الطواف، فاستشار عمر الناس فقال علي: ديته على المسلمين، أو في بيت المال (١).
Hazrat Hakam narrates that Ibrahim said: A man was killed during Tawaf, so Hazrat Umar sought counsel from the people regarding this matter. Upon this, Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: His blood money will be obligatory upon the Muslims or from the Bayt al-Mal.
