كيف يستحلفون في القسامة؟How Oaths Are Administered in Qasamah

٢٩٦٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا ابن عون عن ابن سيرين عن شريح أنه قال في القسامة: أوثمهم وأنا أعلم؟ -يعني استحلفهم: ما قتلنا ولا علمنا قاتلًا.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin states that Hazrat Shurayh said regarding Qasamah: I will consider them guilty even though I know, that is, I will make them swear that neither have we committed the murder nor do we have any knowledge of the killer.
