٢٩٦٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن سفيان عن ابن أبي ذئب عن رجل عن سعيد بن المسيب قال: لا تعقل العاقلة إلا الثلث فما زاد.
Hazrat Ibn Abu Dhi'b narrates from a man that Hazrat Sa'id bin al-Musayyib said: The 'Aqilah will not pay the blood money except for one third or more than that.
