Hadith 29619
٢٩٦١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: سمعت سليمان بن موسى (يقول) (١): الاجتماع فينا على (المقتول) (٢) أن يمسك الرجل ويضربه الآخر فهما شريكان عندنا في دمه، يقتلان جميعًا.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that I heard Hazrat Sulaiman bin Musa saying: Among us, the meaning of being a partner in the case of a murdered person is this: one man holds the person and another kills him, so both of them, in our view, are partners in his blood. Both of them will be killed together.
