٢٩٦١٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادا عن الرجل يمسك الرجل (ويقتله) (١) آخر قال: يقتل القاتل.
Hazrat Sha’bah states that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad about a person who had seized a man and another killed him. Both of them said: The killer will be killed.
