Hadith 29616
٢٩٦١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن إسماعيل بن أمية قال: قضى رسول اللَّه ﷺ في رجل أمسك رجلًا، وقتله آخر، أن يقتل القاتل ويحبس الممسك (١).
Hazrat Ismail bin Umayyah narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the following verdict regarding a person who seized a man and another who killed him: the killer will be killed, and the one who seized will be imprisoned.
