٢٩٥٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ (عن أشعث) (١) عن الحسن في رجل قتل وله ولد صغار قال: ذاك إلى أوليائه.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said regarding a man who was killed and had small children, that those children will be entrusted to their guardians.
