٢٩٥٩٠ - (و) (١) عن قتادة عن الحسن (قالا) (٢): في رجل قتل عمدا (فحبس) (٣) القاتل ليقاد (٤) بالمقتول، فجاء رجل فقتل القاتل خطأ، (قالا) (٥): ديته لأهل (المحبوس) (٦).
29590 - (W) (1) From Qatadah, from Al-Hasan (they both said) (2): Regarding a man who killed intentionally (and the killer was imprisoned) (3) to be executed (4) for the murdered person, then a man came and killed the killer by mistake, (they both said) (5): His blood money is for the family of (the imprisoned) (6).
