Hadith 29588
٢٩٥٨٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد قال: حدثنا هشام عن الحسن في القوم يقتلون عمدًا وفيهم الصبي والمعتوه، قال: هي دية خطأ على العاقلة.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri, regarding a people who had committed murder intentionally in such a way that among them were also children and the insane, said: In this case, the blood money for accidental killing will be upon the family members.
