Hadith 29587
٢٩٥٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن عمرو عن الحسن قال: إذا اجتمع صبي وعبد على قتل فهي دية، (فإذا) (١) اجتمعا فضرب هذا بسيف وهذا بعصى فهو دية.
Hazrat Amr narrates that Hasan Basri said: When a child and a slave are involved together in a murder, then blood money (diyat) will be due; and when both are involved in such a way that one struck with a sword and the other with a stick, even then blood money (diyat) will be due.
