Hadith 29585
٢٩٥٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن جرير بن حازم قال: سئل حماد عن رجل وصبي قتلا رجلًا عمدًا قال: أما الرجل (يقتل) (١)، وأما الصبي فعلى (أوليائه) (٢) (حصته) (٣) من الدية.
Hazrat Jarir bin Hazim narrates that Hazrat Hammad was asked about a man and a child who have intentionally killed someone, so what is the ruling regarding them? He replied: The man will be killed, and the guardians of the child will be liable to pay the blood money for his share.
