Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Husain narrates that Hazrat Sha’bi said: When there is a dog in the house and the household gives permission for a person to enter, then if the dog bites that person, the household will be held liable. But if the person enters without permission and the dog bites him, then the household will not be held liable.
