Hadith 29528
٢٩٥٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن الشيباني عن الشعبي قال: خرج قوم من (زرارة) (١) فاقتتلوا، فقتل بعضهم بعضًا، فضمن علي دية (المقتول) (٢) ورفع عن المجروحين بقدر جراحتهم (٣).
Hazrat Shaibani narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: Some people from the tribe of Zararah went out and they fought among themselves, so some of them killed others. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) made the blood money of the slain obligatory and reduced the compensation for the wounded according to the extent of their wounds.
