Hadith 29526
٢٩٥٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج عن عطاء وابن أبي مليكة (قالا) (١): (لو) (٢) أن رجلًا قتل رجلًا؛ وجرح المقتول القاتل (جرحًا) (٣) قتل القاتل وودى أهل المقتول جرح القاتل.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Hazrat Ata and Hazrat Ibn Abi Mulaika said: If a person kills someone and the murdered person had wounded the killer, then the killer will be killed in retribution, and the family of the murdered person will pay the blood money for the wound of the killer.
