Hadith 29521
٢٩٥٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن فضيل عن أشعث عن (ابن) (١) سيرين قال: حمل رجل ابنه على فرس (ليشوره) (٢) فنخس به (صوت به) (٣) فقتله، فجعل ديته على عاقتله ولم يورث الأب شيئًا.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hazrat Muhammad bin Sirin said: A man made his son ride a horse so that he could display his strength. Then he pricked a nail into the horse's flank and shouted, causing the horse to kill his son in this manner. So, he (Muhammad bin Sirin) placed the blood money (diyah) upon the man's family, and did not make the father an heir to anything.
