٢٩٤٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: لا يقاد من ضارب إلا أن يضرب بحديدة.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said: Retaliation (qisas) will not be taken from the one who kills, unless he kills with something made of iron.
